Pilot Accomplishments

At Lanier Flight Center we recognize that our pilots are the heart of the business. It is with great pride that we join in celebrating their accomplishments and we wish a hearty congratulations to each of our pilots who have completed milestones in their training.

John Wilson - Private Pilot

John Wilson recently completed his Private Pilot certificate here at Lanier Flight Center, having trained diligently since May. John made a very strong beginning by coming in and meeting with us to discuss safety issues, time to complete training and steps toward airplane ownership. Early on in his training, John bought a nice Piper Cherokee and was able to do most of his training in his own airplane. Bill Shuford worked with Mr. Wilson and helped him to develop safe attitudes and prudent decision making skills that we expect to follow him throughout his aviation career. John did a great job in training and we have been very pleased to work through his certificate training with him.
