Pilot Accomplishments

At Lanier Flight Center we recognize that our pilots are the heart of the business. It is with great pride that we join in celebrating their accomplishments and we wish a hearty congratulations to each of our pilots who have completed milestones in their training.

Scott Stokes - Private Pilot

Scott Stokes completed his Private Pilot training with a successful practical test on December 7, 2007. We remarked that his oral exam was one of teh quicker we've seen here at Lanier Flight Center with DPE Robert T. Howell. The speed of his exam we attribute to his preparedness for it. Scott has been an excellent student who has pursued excellence in his training and taken the time to do it right.

If you look close, you can see in the background of his pictures the C182 that Scott is a recent partner in! We are looking forward to helping Scott with transition training into his airplane and seeing him exercise the priveleges of his certificate!

Way to go Scott, you did a GREAT job!

Scott was trained by CFI John Corry and taught John at least as much about giving instruction as John taught him about flying.
