Pilot Accomplishments

At Lanier Flight Center we recognize that our pilots are the heart of the business. It is with great pride that we join in celebrating their accomplishments and we wish a hearty congratulations to each of our pilots who have completed milestones in their training.

Stan Bennett - Private Pilot

Stan Bennett is a great pilot. He began working with us toward the goal of his Private Pilot certificate about a year ago. Like so many of our students, he expressed in no uncertain terms that he wasn't in a hurry, not trying to finish in the fastest possible time or at the lowest possible time, but that he wanted to be a well trained pilot. We have a great deal of respect for that desire and worked with Stan for the last year to equip him with the tools that he will need to be a safe, competent private pilot.

Stan is conservative and has good judgment. He passed his checkride here recently and the examiner commented on his obvious ability and level of proficiency, 'no area showed any weakness or deficiency'.

We are very proud of Stan and happy to have him in our family of aviators here at Lanier Flight Center.
