Our meticulously maintained Cessna aircraft are extremely stable and very forgiving, meaning you will train in the safest possible environment. And our computer-based interactive instruction works hand-in-hand with your actual flight experience — allowing you to preview your next training flight before you even take off. Lanier Flight Center also offers membership in the Lanier Flying Club. Participating in the club offers a number of benefits for aviators in search of their Private Pilot’s License, including a supportive network of fellow pilots and instructors to aid your journey through the ratings challenges. But that’s not all — monthly fee of $79 — Lanier Flying Club members will enjoy:
Lanier Flight Center Traning Options
GLIDER PILOT
Solo at age 14 and become a glider pilot at 16 years old, or maybe just add another thrill seeking rating to your certificate!
SPORT PILOT
This is ideal for recreational flying in light sport aircraft, which are smaller, lower-powered craft.
PRIVATE PILOT
Earn the ability to carry passengers on your flight; take your family on vacation or start your progress toward an aviation career with this certificate.
INSTRUMENT RATING
Fly above the clouds on overcast days, or at night, and become a safer, more proficient pilot.
COMMERCIAL PILOT
Take on the ability to fly for hire and carry passengers/cargo for profit in the right situation. You will also fine tune everything learned during private pilot training.
MULTI-ENGINE RATING

CERTIFIED FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR
